  Hey I posted my Question in the general AMA before I saw this one. Here is a repost: So excited for this: A while back you had one book In the background of your videos- "Real time rendering" and I have a collection of books myself but none have given me an understanding of how to put it all together. Q: How have you learned how to make an engine, putting all the parts together without leaning on libraries? Context: It seems 99% of programmers heavily lean on libraries and eventually the amount of people that will know lower level operations is going to diminish. My Q is not about learning a language but the systems to make it without libraries. You and Handmade hero are my only source of education outside of frameworks and libraries
